About The Program

Who We Are: The All Babies Initiative is a voluntary community-based home visiting program that helps you and your family navigate prenatal/postpartum care, enroll in community assistance programs, and supports you through your parenting journey up to 18 months!

What Offer Pregnant and Parenting Families: In home support, from pregnancy until the child is 18 months of age, connection to health information and community resources, and support to help families protect and nurture their children's health and wellbeing

Eligibility: Open to pregnant individuals or those with infants under 18 months of age residing in Clay, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo Counties in Indiana, and Clark and Edgar in Illinois.

Services: Monthly visits from a Perinatal Navigator, care coordination, engagement with other pregnant/parenting women, Food Rx, support groups, and so much more!
