Community Action begins with a a dedicated and passionate network of organizations working together to solve problems. Healthcare professionals, motivated community members, and leaders working with agencies and non-profits to share data and fill gaps in care.

Safe Sleep

Infants sleeping in an unsafe sleep environment is one of the Wabash Valley's highest contributors to babies dying before their first birthday.

SUBSTANCE USE

There are scarce resources for pregnant women addicted to substances harmful to them and their baby. Join the work to address this issue.

Providers, home-visitors, and mid-level staff all working together to ensure patients hear the education that is tailored to our community.
